3. Gaby Natale, Three-time Emmy Winner on Being a Pioneer in Your Own World
Gaby Natale is a triple Daytime EMMY® winner, TV personality, bestselling author and motivational speaker. She is the executive producer and host of the nationally-syndicated TV show SuperLatina on PBS’s VME network. In this episode, she talks about her journey as a graduate student in Argentina coming to the United States, humbling herself into lower-level positions and keeping a strong work ethic. She stepped into the unknown, not realizing that she would become a pioneer, paving the way for Latinas and women everywhere in business, entertainment and more.
In 2019, Gaby launched Welcome All Beauty, the first hair line with a focus on productivity. In 2020, she gave her first TedX Talk, and she will be the first Latina to be signed with HarperCollins Leadership. She is continuing to bring a voice to different types of Latinos and change the narrative for underrepresented minorities.
